  3. 3. Pet Policy: For the safety of our technicians and your beloved pets, we kindly request that all pets are securely confined in a designated area away from our cleaning technicians. This will help prevent any accidents or interruptions during the cleaning process.

  4. 4. Cleaning Materials: Maid For You Utah provides all professional-grade cleaning materials. However, if you have a preferred product that you would like us to use, we are happy to accommodate your request.

  8. 8. Lock Out or Turn Away: If our technicians arrive at the scheduled appointment and are unable to access the property or are turned away, a fee equivalent to half the cleaning rate will be charged to compensate for the time and resources allocated.

  9. 9. Client Illness: In the event that the client is sick on the day of the scheduled appointment, we understand that circumstances can arise. We offer a rescheduling option within two weeks, free of charge. However, if the appointment is canceled on the day of service, half the cleaning rate will be charged.

  10. 10. Technician Illness: If any of our cleaning technicians are sick on the day of service, Maid For You Utah will either send a replacement technician or reschedule the appointment at a convenient time for the client. We prioritize the health and well-being of both our clients and staff.

  11. 11. 24-Hour Return Guarantee: At Maid For You Utah, our technicians strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If there is an area that requires additional attention after our initial cleaning, we offer a 24-hour return guarantee. Simply notify us within 24 hours, and we will promptly address the specific area of concern. Please note that refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  12. 12. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it necessary. This may include situations where the property poses a safety risk or the requested service is beyond the scope of our capabilities.

  13. 13. Tipping and Payment: Tipping is managed through Maid For You Utah, either via Venmo or credit/debit card. We kindly request that no cash exchanges take place within the home or office. Our technicians greatly appreciate your generosity, as it helps recognize their hard work and dedication.
